Celebrate Taunton’s proud Revolutionary spirit! Join us on Saturday, October 18 for a full day of history, music, food, and family fun at the Old Colony History Museum. Step back in time as we commemorate the historic raising of the Liberty & Union flag in 1774—one of the first patriotic flags raised in defiance of British rule.

Enjoy live reenactments, colonial demonstrators, and tours of the museum that bring the past to life.  Don’t miss this annual tradition that honors Taunton’s place in the American Revolution!
